Mitra Agen Tool is my last project at Mamikos, released in April 2024. This initiative aimed to boost our supply by enlisting agents to gather leads. The project involved crafting a landing page with a seamless registration flow and a comprehensive onboarding process. Within the first month of its release, our registration flow conversion rate reached an impressive 37%, surpassing the industry standard average.

One of my pivotal projects at Mamikos involved managing the design of a system to streamline the management of additional fees typically charged by rental room owners to their tenants. This initiative markedly enhanced efficiency, established transparent roles and permissions, and notably reduced the time required for fee management and communication.
